Surveys are an important part of our work at SupplyNow.

One of the most reliable ways of understanding our customer and their experience with the service is to ask them directly. As the front-line of SN, drivers are responsible for administering there surveys.

Accessing Surveys

On the navigation menu, press “Surveys”

Administering a Survey

Unless asked otherwise, you’ll just be in charge of the “Order Survey”

All you have to do now is ask to customer to fill the information out.
